Service Description

This appointment is for one mobile 60 minute Lomi Lomi Massage at your location within Kelowna, British Columbia. This treatment is for Ladies ONLY. Jennifer will arrive on site at your requested start time and will require 30 minutes to set up her equipment. She will also require 30 minutes to sanitize and pack up her equipment after the treatment has been completed. For this reason your appointment will automatically be scheduled for 2 hours to accommodate for all of this. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, payable via E-transfer. The remainder is due at the time of service. This deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. PLEASE NOTE: - Prices include GST. - This booking is available for locations within Kelowna, British Columbia ONLY. Services may be available in West Kelowna & Lake Country, but will be charged travel fees and mileage. Please contact Jennifer to inquire and schedule an appointment. Lomi Lomi is a deeply relaxing Hawaiian massage which incorporates the use of hands and forearms in a full body massage. It is offered to Ladies Only. Lomi Lomi is an oil massage that typically involves the use of hands and forearms to manipulate the superficial layers of muscle in rhythmic, flowing massage strokes which are meant to clear blockages in the circulation of energy through the body. Broad strokes reaching from shoulder ridge to the ankle at the same time require the recipient to be fully undressed. Unlike most styles of massage, the gluteus muscles are also massaged. But fear not ladies, all private areas will be covered at all times, and only the part of the body being worked on will be exposed.


Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Corporate Events & Special Events must be cancelled more than 48 hrs prior to the scheduled event time or your deposit will be forfeit. For mobile services for individuals, 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment so that I can try to fill your spot. You are required to notify Jennifer of cancellations or rescheduling over the phone (250)718-7565 during business hours (9am-2pm Tuesday - Friday). After business hours please email and also call to leave a detailed message (indicating name of caller, whom the appointment is scheduled for, time of call, time of scheduled appointment) If less then 24 hours before appointment time be sure to specify the reason for the cancellation/reschedule so that I can determine if it is an emergency or not. Call Jennifer at (250)718-7565. *Deposits will be fully refunded if you cancel more than 24 hours prior to your appointment. * Deposits will be forfeited if cancellation is less then 24 hours before your appointment. Jennifer may make an exception, in certain emergency situations. Work obligations are NOT considered emergencies. * Deposits are forfeited for no shows. * Gift Certificates may be forfeited for cancellations/rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, depending on each individual situation. * Gift Certificates will be forfeited for no shows. LATE ARRIVALS When you book with me, that time is set aside just for you. I will never double book, and I will always do my very best to be on time. In return, I ask that you keep your promise and be at our designated location at your scheduled appointment time. Please call (250)718-7565 to let Jennifer know if you are running late. If I show up at your location, and you are not there within 15 minutes of your appointment start time, and you have not notified me that you are running late, you will be considered a “no show” and will be subject to a missed appointment fee of the full price of your scheduled appointment. Gift Certificates will be forfeited for no shows. As I am on a tight schedule, a late start due to you arriving late will result in a reduced treatment time. For example if you arrive to our meeting place 10 minutes late, your 60 minute treatment will now only be 50 minutes in duration. If you are more that 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full treatment fee. I understand that occasionally there may be circumstances that arise that are beyond our control (sudden illness, family emergency, etc.). Knowing this I may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions. ****Work conflicts are not considered to be emergencies**** SICKNESS POLICY Jennifer recognizes that both therapists and clients are vulnerable to infections and therefore ask clients to cancel and/or reschedule appointments as soon as possible when they are feeling unwell. If you have any of the following symptoms or contagious illnesses your appointment must be rescheduled to protect the therapist: - Fever - Sore Throat - Sneezing - Cough - Diarrhea - Vomiting - Covid-19 - Influenza - Common Cold - Chicken Pox (Varicella) - Measles - Mumps - Meningitis - Hepatitis A - Conjunctivitis - Rubella - Head or Body Lice - Impetigo - Meningococcal Disease - Polio - Ringworm of the body, feet or scalp - Scabies - Thrush - Whooping Cough - Any Other Contagious Illness Not listed
